In 2012, I was asked to come up with a concept to attract new Zoos Victoria Members. The resulting "Love animals? Join the club." campaign has been so successful that it is still being used today. It has appeared in press, outdoor, onsite, radio, online, on trams and in shopping malls. Zoos Victoria membership has more than doubled in the 5 years this campaign has been running, growing from 121,000 members in 2011 to over 250,000 members during 2016.
